Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking request and confirmation
An enquiry regarding availability sent via the website, email, telephone, messaging or other channels does not automatically constitute confirmation of a booking.
The booking is only considered confirmed once it has been accepted by Le Casette di Clou and a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay has been paid.
Deposit
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required.
The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
Balance
The remaining 70% of the accommodation fee must be paid on arrival, in accordance with the arrangements agreed with the landlord.
Any additional amounts due, such as tourist tax or additional services, will be shown separately where applicable.
Deletion
The booking may be cancelled without losing the deposit provided that notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation notified within 14 days prior to arrival, or if the guest fails to arrive, the deposit, amounting to 30% of the total cost of the stay, will be retained.
Any more favourable terms expressly agreed with the guest shall remain valid.
Prices
The applicable prices are those stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
Any additional services and any tourist tax, where applicable, are shown separately.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are communicated to guests before their arrival.
Any requests for early arrival or late departure must be agreed in advance and are subject to availability.
Number of guests
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking and, in any event, must not exceed the maximum capacity of the property.
The entry or overnight stay of unregistered guests must be authorised in advance by the landlord.
Minors
Minors present on the premises remain the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
Animals
Whether pets are allowed depends on the accommodation booked and must be agreed in advance.
Maintenance of the building
Guests are required to use the premises, furnishings, facilities and equipment with care and respect.
Any damage or faults must be reported promptly.
Any damage caused by guests during their stay may be charged to the person responsible for the booking.
Rules for living together
Guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the area, the neighbouring properties and the usual rules of good neighbourliness.
Force majeure
Le Casette di Clou shall not be liable for any inability to use the accommodation or any restrictions on its use arising from events not directly attributable to the landlord, such as exceptional natural events, measures taken by the authorities, unforeseeable interruptions to essential services or other circumstances of force majeure.
